Fast & Courteous ~ Absolutely worth every cent! I am glad I found this company & will call them again for any of my plumbing needs!

My hot water heater started leaking on a Saturday night and I called to see when they could get out here and they were at my house within 30-40 minutes of me calling. Very friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again!

I called Direct Source Plumbing on Friday evening when the sewer line at my parents’ home in Arlington was clogged (other plumbers were not even returning my call). Within 30 minutes, Wes from Direct Source showed up and quickly cleared the line. He was professional and very efficient in finding & fixing the problem. My parents now have their business card on the refrigerator and will definitely use these guys for future plumbing related problems!

We had a kitchen sink that was not draining. I called Direct Source Plumbing and Wes arrived on-time wearing a clean uniform. Wes had a friendly and professional attitude explaining everything that needed to be done and the price associated with the work. Wes completed the work and the sink now works perfectly. Wes found my problem in short order. they fixed my sewer pipe under the slab in one day. they ran into what I would call a major snag, and still finished that day and stuck to the original estimate. first-rate service. first-rate plumbers, very professional. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
